Tomi Långström

Mr. Långström is Head of Nordics and the Netherlands, Marketing and Client Relations, and is responsible for business development in the region. Mr. Långström joined Oaktree in 2020 from PineBridge Investments, where he was a managing director and the regional head of Nordics. Prior thereto, Mr. Långström was a founding partner and chief executive officer of Northern Star Partners. Before that, he was with Man Investments, serving a dual role as the head of Nordic and Eastern European client relations and as the global head of business development for institutional sales. Mr. Långström began his career as an assistant credit analyst at Finnish Export Credit, before moving on to a derivative advisor role at Suomen Optiomeklarit. Following that, Mr. Långström was a senior management consultant with Abovo Consulting / Ernst & Young Management Consulting, and a development manager at Helsinki Exchanges, the HEX Group. He received a Master of Science in Economics degree with a major in finance from the Helsinki School of Economics and Business Administration. Mr. Långström is a native Finnish speaker and is fluent in Swedish.
