Stephen Breedon

Mr. Breedon is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group and invests primarily on behalf of the Real Estate Opportunities and Income strategies.  He rejoined the firm in 2021 after earning his M.B.A.  Prior to first joining Oaktree in 2016, Mr. Breedon worked for Morgan Stanley in the Real Estate Investment Banking group, where he advised real estate companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.  Mr. Breedon received an M.B.A from Harvard Business School, and a B.S. in hotel administration from Cornell University with a minor in real estate.
