Mark Hammond, CFA

Mr. Hammond is a senior vice president for the U.S. High Yield Bonds strategy.  He joined Oaktree in 2021 from Bank of America, where he was most recently a director and senior analyst in the High Yield Credit Research group.  From 2015 to 2021, he covered the high yield financials sector.  Prior thereto, Mr. Hammond was an analyst on the credit team at Bank of America covering the autos, aerospace & defense, industrials, and transportation sectors.  Mr. Hammond received a B.S. in finance, economics and music summa cum laude from Towson University.  He is a CFA charterholder.
