Mr. Wagner joined Oaktree in 2015 from Watershed Asset Management, where he was responsible for analyzing equity and debt investments. Prior thereto, he was an investment banking analyst in the financial institutions group at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Mr. Wagner received a B.A. degree in mathematics from Williams College.
