Mr. Kramer is a senior vice president for Oaktree’s Value Equities strategy. Prior to joining the firm in 2020, he was an investment analyst on the Situational Investing team at Elliott Management Corporation focused on activist equity and distressed credit opportunities. Prior thereto, Mr. Kramer was an investment analyst with Silver Point Capital focused on special situations investments including distressed credit and event-driven equity opportunities. He received a Bachelor of Applied Science summa cum laude in economics and computer science from the University of Pennsylvania.
