Charles Baxter

Mr. Baxter is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Real Estate group based in Los Angeles.  He joined Oaktree in 2021 from Oak Hill Advisors, where he was an investment analyst.  There, Mr. Baxter shared responsibilities across research and trading for opportunities in RMBS and residential whole loans.  He received a B.A. in astrophysics from Williams College.
