Senior Vice President
Mr. Wardrop is a senior vice president in Oaktree’s Opportunities group in Hong Kong. Before joining the firm in 2020, he was a Partner at Sidley Austin LLP, Hong Kong. Prior thereto, Mr. Wardrop was a Partner at Hogan Lovells LLP. Mr. Wardrop began his career as a trainee solicitor with McGrigor Donald. Mr. Wardrop received an L.L.B. (1st Class Hons) from the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow, and an L.L.M. from Central European University, Budapest. He is admitted as a Solicitor in both Scotland and Hong Kong.
