Alan Adler

Prior to joining Oaktree in 2004, Mr. Adler was a senior associate in the Corporate department of Latham & Watkins LLP. His eight-year practice there focused on mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate finance. Mr. Adler graduated magna cum laude from Colby College with a B.A. in economics and received an M.A.L.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Mr. Adler graduated cum laude with a J.D. from Boston University Law School, where he was a member of the Boston University International Law Journal. Mr. Adler is a member of the State Bar of California. He is a CFA charterholder.
